These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adsynex platform ("Service") at adsynex.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Adsynex is a synthetic audience testing platform. Users upload advertising creatives, configure synthetic personas, and receive simulated performance reports generated by large language models.
Results are based on synthetic AI-generated responses and do not constitute predictions, guarantees, or warranties of any kind regarding real-world advertising performance. Adsynex is a pre-flight creative testing tool only.
Adsynex supports static image creatives only. Video, carousel, and animated formats are not currently supported.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may sign in using Google Sign-In or a magic link sent to your email address. You are solely responsible for keeping your email account and any active sessions secure.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your email or active sessions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Access to experiments is governed by a credit system. Credits are purchased in bundles and deducted per experiment run according to the formula: personas × creatives × model multiplier.
The credit cost of an experiment is displayed before you confirm each run. By confirming, you accept that the stated number of credits will be deducted regardless of whether the results meet your expectations.
Note: EU consumer protection law (including the Cyprus Consumer Protection Law) may grant you statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this section.
You retain all ownership rights to the ad creatives you upload. By uploading content, you grant Adsynex a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of running your experiments.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload the content. Adsynex is not responsible for any claims, damages, or liability arising from content you upload that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
We do not use your creatives to train AI models.
The Adsynex platform — including its software, design, methodology, and reports — is the intellectual property of Adsynex. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
Experiment reports generated from your creatives are yours to use for your own business purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
ADSYNEX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR:
Use of Adsynex results to make media buying or creative decisions is entirely at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADSYNEX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ADSYNEX'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ADSYNEX IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Cyprus or EU law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adsynex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
